Send the page URL, appliance brand, appliance type, exact model if known, the displayed code, and the manufacturer source or manual wording that appears to conflict with the page.

Reports can be sent to hello@appliancefaults.co.uk. The site cannot provide emergency repair support or diagnose individual appliances by email.

Corrections prioritise safety, official manufacturer guidance, and clear model applicability. If evidence is conflicting, a page may be marked model-dependent or left in review rather than forced into a definitive answer.

When a public page is materially corrected, the visible updated date may be changed. Minor formatting or internal validation changes do not justify a fresh public date.
