UK model checker
Check selected tumble-dryer models against safety notices
This checker covers the Haier-group heat-pump tumble-dryer corrective-action programme listed on our recall pages. It is not a complete UK recall database. Enter the full rating-plate model; spaces, slashes and hyphens do not affect matching.
Do not enter your name, address, serial number or other personal information. The model search stays in your browser and the raw entry is not sent to analytics.
Find the rating plate safely
Use an accessible label, your manual or purchase records. Do not move or dismantle an unsafe appliance to find a model. Check the complete model, not only the marketing range. Smoke, fire, water near electrics or a burning smell takes priority over using this checker.
If the model is not found
A missing result is not a safety clearance. Check the official UK recalls service and the manufacturer using the complete model and serial information.
